If you have purchased from Fraternal Awards

and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund

if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

Refund of Goods:

Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date

The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition.

 

Non-returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on https://fraternalawards.com

Custom items made specifically for you that were in error such as misspellings.

If Fraternal Awards did make the error we will replace item.

 If you the customer made the error we replace the item for the cost of the item to us or the cost for us to replace that item.

The embroidery will be done for you at no additional cost.
